Payment Options

Payments for items purchased on our website are accepted through PayPal.  PayPal is a secure online payment processing company that gives customers the option to make payments from a credit card or bank account debit.

Taxes

A sales tax of 6.75% will automatically be added to orders being delivered in North Carolina.

Returns Policy

If you have any questions about the personalization of your gift please contact us prior to making your order.  Our gifts are personalized just for you and unfortunately a refund cannot be made after your order has been placed.

If we make an error with the personalization of your item please contact us within 10 days at admin@skygrovepersonalizedgifts.com and we will work with you to make everything right.  We will either replace the item or provide credit for a future purchase.

Shipping

We provide shipping to the continental United States ONLY.  Orders can NOT be shipped to P.O. boxes.  

Our items ship directly from our monogrammers and engravers and could show up at separate times in different shipments. Most orders will arrive between 2 - 3 weeks but some custom orders may take longer.

Shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your order.
